Guidelines for our heating and plumbing services

Within normal working hours (8.30am – 5pm)

Boiler servicing and general plumbing £100 per hour (+vat) – minimum 1 hour charge
Labour is then charged at £50 per (+vat) half hour or part thereof subsequently.

Underfloor heating fault diagnosis and repair £120 per hour (+vat) – minimum 1 hour charge
Labour is then charged at £60 per (+vat) half hour or part thereof subsequently.

Installation work

Larger jobs, such as boiler installations, will be quoted as a fixed price and a timescale for the duration and completion of works will be provided within the quote.

Ollie and co did a great job replac­ing our old boil­er, flush­ing the sys­tem and bal­anc­ing the rads. Friend­ly, effi­cient and car­ing. They stayed late on the cold­est day of the year to make sure we would­n’t freeze overnight! Legends!!
