Had a small but per­sis­tent leak in the kitchen ceil­ing. Ollie arrived when he said he would and fixed the prob­lem in less time (and for less mon­ey) than he esti­mat­ed. He is straight up, fast and left the place clean and tidy. Very hap­py with the ser­vice, I’ll def­i­nite­ly be call­ing if we get any oth­er plumb­ing issues.

Look, to have some­one you can rely on, when you have not only ten­ants to ser­vice but prop­er­ty to main­tain, is every­thing nowa­days. So far as I have used Evo­lu­tion Heat­ing — more than once that is — Oliv­er has lived up to all expec­ta­tions with prompt response, prompt ser­vice and very com­pet­i­tive costs.
